What an inspiration coming here! If you want to try a truly unique and special vineyard, this is the place! The owner, Stephen, is truly passionate about his craft and bringing to life his dreams to reality. He provided us with a wonderful informative wine tasting with estate grown grapes and family heirloom recipes. There is a large selection of wines available for tasting as well as a few unique and rare bottles. There is a story behind each wine I sampled, and the body and taste reflects that impeccably. This is fantastic Wisconsin wine!!
In the back is a beautiful courtyard with trout pound and outdoor seating area with a pizza oven. Although we came at a slower time, this looks like a a romantic date night spot for some wine and pizza near the Green Bay Area. The owner will be installing imported art sculptures around the venue, I look forward to seeing it soon! Additionally, they are available on AirBnb for Glamping and have a venue room available for rent.
Bonus - there’s roaming chickens and the cutest dog to greet...

Now I didn't taste anything till a week later and believe me I was not disappointed my self imposed variety pack is delicious, and now I wish I would have gotten more of the kind I have opened but I'm pretty sure I will say the same of the ones I haven't open yet. I will...

There were only oyster crackers for us as well, but they were fresh. We bought the Cranberry and the Autumn Rouge wines. The Cranberry was the best Cranberry we tried all fall. I prefer the sweeter wines so I was surprised that I really liked the Autumn Rouge. I made the best beef roast with it and of course drank some while I cooked! I'm hoping to stop again this June when I head to Door County. We stopped at Parallel 44 after Trout Springs. It was very nice there, but I actually liked the wines better at...
