Hudson River — Attraction in Town of New Baltimore

If you go kayaking, the Hudson River is the place to be!

Each time I go out kayaking, it is only a matter of time before I get a major hit of Adrenaline, that is how serious this river is, when you are on it. No Joke! There are Ocean going freighters that travel to the Port of Albany, and they can produce waves 4' tall.

Please keep this in mind ALWAYS!

If you keep your eyes open, and can manage to put away your I-Phone, you will see some incredible beauty, that is Nature in all her glory! As well as some incredible History, that helped to build this great Nation.

Near the Warner House on Constitution Island, you will see a link from the chains that were set across the Hudson to keep the British from sailing to take the Port of Albany

The Hudson River is home to West Point, the Military Academy for the U.S. Army...

Also there is Bannerman's Island, home to the Bannerman's Arsenal...Be careful when you Kayak around this island, as there are many piers and pilings that live just below...

Hudson river the most beautiful river I had ever seen I live in new york city the Manhattan Hudson river is large and fun my family traveled to Manhattan to see the beauty of this river near the river is also a park you can play at you can go canoeing and swimming in the river but I don't recommend to do that because it has bacteria that can infect you maybe just go on a ferry the sunset there is so glorious and when walking on the bridge you can see a birds eye view of a chunk of the river since winter is coming maybe some beaches out of my city will freeze fishing there is great I heard there is a hiking trail in warren county next to Hudson river and don't fish in the river it's dangerous I recommend you...
