We just returned from a 2 hour walk through this conservation area. We decided to do the red trail and my husband didn't look at the route too carefully, because we wound up at the end of it (another parking lot but not the one where our car was parked and unfortunately had to retrace our steps but decided to do it on the main road as the trails today (7/12/15) were quite muddy). There are several benches placed throughout this area where one can stop for a bite to eat or just to rest. It's mostly shaded-take bug spray if you are going to go during the hot weather.
