I've hiked here all 4 seasons. Park at the bottom and you can follow the path pavement or take a trail on the left. I've had picnics here, there are stone ruins if you can find them. I've also gotten lost here lol so if you have an app that marks your trail or for where you parked your car use it. Bunch of different spots you can hike up to but it does lead to the fire tower. Nice view. Can be a peaceful spot but also gets busy in the summer. Good spot to eat sandwiches, no matter which path you end up on. Tiny road! We saw about six to seven vehicles, each having one man driving, no one else in the vehicle, driving up and down the road.
