10-16-2019 Update: Many of the roads that were in rough shape have been fixed up, including the photos showing the washed out section on School House Road. I'm happy to say all new pipes and drainage were dug all along that area. Other area's have been re-opened and had foliage pushed back, trees that were encroaching brought down and many other improvements to make the area more hospitable to a larger amount of vehicles.

Great place, but be careful if you don't have 4WD. Even if you do, take care around this time as many of the roads have been washed out via the winter melt while they haven't been maintained. Its fairly difficult to turn around on almost all of these roads so the only option is to back out which can be pretty difficult.
I've seen a few car's that have gotten stuck in these area's and were left abandoned so take heed and drive safe. Stick to the main roads unless your vehicle...
   Read moreVery nice place for hiking. We did a 6.5 mile hike without seeing a single other person. Because they get so little use the trails sometimes seem to fade. We used the "AllTrails" app to keep us on the route.
