Spent some time at Long Slide Falls County Park today and it was amazing. Very well maintained and easy access to get to viewing points. There are some off the beat and path trails to get even more amazing views of the falls, including a couple spots right up and close. Easy to get to off of USH 141 and plenty of parking when we were here. The Peme Bon Won River was flowing pretty good in early September while we were here. Short hike to the lower area for viewing the falls. The trail tapers off to a more rustic path to get to the base but it is easy to navigate. $5 entry fee to enter but that is good at all the county parks (we hit Dave’s Falls on way down). One stall bathroom on site and was well kept. The sound of the falls is so relaxing, with a small wooden bench at the base to take it in. Be sure to stop here if you’re moving up and...

There also is a small entry fee of $5 but well worth it for the views. There is a small little path at the top that I recommend people to try as well to see the top of the falls. Dog friendly but kinda small areas to view the waterfalls if your dogs need space. Also, as of end of May 2025 the mosquitoes are horrible right now so...
