This is a very nice family trail. There is a paved parking lot with signs and brochures up telling about the trails in the area . There is also a bathroom in the parking lot area. I did not see any lights in the area . They have some benches along the way to sit and relax and enjoy the scenery. There are also a few Geo caches along the way. It is a pet-friendly Trail also. There is one Hill along the way with a creek flowing through it. If you're lucky you will see some trout in the very clear water. The next city you will come to would be Brill. You can also use bicycles to go down this Trail. It is a very nice flat and sturdy surface. Bring supplies along because there is nothing available and your own garbage bags. Read moreI tried to bike this trail using my hybrid bike, and it was terrible. Started at the eastern trailhead and went out for 10 miles. The gravel was extremely loose, there were many major ruts and stones (enough to make your brain bounce around in your skull), and a lot of track marks from ATVs and snowmobiles. Also very little shade cover. I would not recommend bicycles, even mountain bikes, to be on this trail.
