If you want a great adventure for the family, and a decent price, then this is your stop. The buckets are huge and the berries are excellent. 1 bucket could entertain a couple small kids easily. Not to mention, unlike other u-pick strawberries, you're not picking in the middle of a field and searching for berries while you get an extra dose of skin cancer. The rows are hydroponic. At waste height and covered from the sun. The pick your own bouquet area is a great place for some photo ops and more great quality. The staff are awesome and helpful. This was a very fun experience. The staff are friendly and are willing to share and chit chat about the hydroponic strawberries. The experience makes it worth the expense. And it is very expensive for strawberries, but, as I said the experience added to the taste of those strawberries make it worth the money spent. It was $30 for one bucket and $55 for two (I think they're gallon size buckets??), but don't quote me on that. These strawberrys were fantastic. Went picking back in may with the intent to make pies and not one pie was made haha. Very pleased. Its a gorgeous property. Staff were friendly and theres even a contest for finding the heaviest berry! Definately a must do activity with friends or family.
