Cayuga Lake — Attraction in Town of Ovid

Nice place to go camping and swimming. We only stayed a couple of nights here but it was pleasant and quiet. The tent camping is in these big open Fields but we were able to get something along the tree line and not too far from the restrooms. Loved the picnic area here. This is bang opposite where the trail to Taughannock falls starts. So walk the trail first, then cross the road, freshen up in the actual restroom here (vs the port-a-loo outside the falls) and then have a picnic at the lake.
