This is a small up and coming farm that is quite lovely. The family that runs is quite nice and have clearly put a lot of work and love into their farm. We recently had a private tour of the farm and it was very enjoyable. The animals are raised and bred to be sold as pets, so they’re all miniature versions, but it’s done on a small, controlled scale. All of the animals are loved and well-taken care of. Arielle, one of the owners does the tours. She’s got a really great persona and is a wonderful teacher. The animals are so docile and friendly, especially the donkeys and goats. Ruger, the Great Pyr will definitely come to you for his fair share of head scritchies! He is sooo adorable and so well-behaved, as are all the animals we interacted with. At the end of the tour, we got to collect eggs from chicken coop that we got to take home. In this economy, a dozen eggs seems like they paid us to take the tour!! Lol. We will return to take advantage of some of their other offerings like goat yoga or painting sessions and definitely looking forward to the kissing booth next Valentine’s day! I also want to see the calves later in the year. All in all, it was a lovely little tour and we are most excited to see how this farm grows. P.S. Please don’t show up randomly expecting a tour. They’re a small farm and every minute of their day seems to be mapped out, please don’t disrupt that. We need our...
Read moreIt was my dream to go to a farm where the animals were well taken care of and I could be able to actually pet and be fully immersed in experiencing the animals. My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful visit to Ridge Ranch! From the moment we arrived, the cozy, atmosphere made us feel completely at ease. This is truly a family-owned gem. Holding the bunnies and petting the cows was my favorite part. Best of all was the tour with the owner, who shared her heartfelt story of how Ridge Ranch came to be. Her warmth, passion, and openness in answering every question made our visit deeply meaningful. She wasn't just a guide—she made us feel like guests in a home she opened with love. The hospitality really stood out. The care and love that fill every corner of the farm are palpable, and you can feel that the owner truly wants every visitor to feel comfortable, informed, and included. If you're looking for a warm, intimate, and hands‑on farm experience, Ridge Ranch is it. Whether you're a family, a couple, or just someone who loves animals, this place is pure joy. I can’t...
Read moreSo you think to yourself one day that you want to have a petting zoo at a party. You Google it and find this place instead. My goodness, what have you stumbled upon? You are greeted over the phone by excellent staff that are quite accommodating and assist in planning as needed. They provide options for animals to appear for your party, a few tents and awnings with some chairs. The party day comes 20 kids show up with parents, me being one of the guests(parent of child). Just wow. My son and all the other kids got an excellent experience. They were able to actively hang out with donkeys, bunnies, cows, cats, and goats. They could pet them and handle them all to a you never get to at any other place in the area. Want to brush a donkey? Done. Want a goat to climb in your lap? Done. Want to hold the fluffiest bunny ever for 30 straight minutes? Done. You can hike around the property, check out and pet the big friendly cows, or hang in the barn with a bunch of kittens. A great experience. I'd throw a party here for sure. Driveway is easy to miss. Don't sleep...
