Buck Lake — Attraction in Town of Pelican

Always like going to this park. We only live about a 3/4 of a mile from it. I walk there frequently. I Love walking the trails there during all seasons. Snowshoeing in the winter is awesome. I have met many friendly dogs with their people there. The view of the lake is always awesome especially in the summer or anytime really. There is a new pavilion there now too, since 10/2022. If you get a chance to go to this neck of the woods. Come to Almond Park, that is where buck lake is in....

Very nice! Swim, grill out, picnic, etc. Adequate sun and shade options for sitting. Public bathrooms and changing areas. Hand sanitizer in the bathrooms. Water was higher than normal and a lil cloudy with all the rain we've had this year but water temp was nice. Helpful Tip - Bring a wagon. The path is nice but it's a lil bit of a walk...

Best beach in Rhinelander by far! Lots of room, picnic tables, walking trails, restrooms and changing rooms. Not to mention a full on disc golf course....
