The park is nice, I remember back in 2010 when they were building the lodge and wondering what it was. My son just recently turned 1 in October, and I rented the lodge for his birthday party. It was $125 for the day, with a $125 deposit. When I reserved the lodge, I made a point that we have a registered service dog as well and she would be there. The floors were dirty and discolored when we got there to set up. In the main area the floors were a pretty grey and white color, in the kitchen they were completely brown. I cleaned everything up before my guests got there. Everyone commented about how nice it was in there! We had a great time, but the next morning at 7am I was woken up to a phone call and a very rude message from the park manager telling me he was withholding $50 of my security deposit for not emptying a garbage can. Though he didn't have anyone renting the building that day, he stated that if he had other renters coming in this morning that they would have been extremely disappointed with how I left the building because the tables weren't left exactly how he had them and the bathroom garbage wasn't emptied.(I left one table covering the fire place so the multiple children I had running around wouldn't get hurt on the very sharp edges). I called him back to explain that I was sorry about forgetting one of the bathroom garbages, and he was very rude over the phone as well, basically demanding that I come down so he could show me all of his evidence. I felt intimidated and declined. I felt as if he was looking for a reason to charge me more for the building. I just received the other $75 in a check today, as well as a paper highlighting all the terms and conditions that I violated, one highlighted was "no domestic pets int he lodge, excluding service animals". I assume that they watched the videos from the party and saw our very calm and collected dog laying down in various places throughout the party. I will not rent from Williamson Town Park again. The lodge is nice, but a 3 hour party was not worth the way he spoke to us,...
