Iā€™ve enjoyed their cheese for years, but recently have been quite disappointed with the lack of consistency and quality issues. I bought 3 camemberts, 1 was yellow, 1 had a hard puck like center, and the 3rd was fine but incredibly briny. We got a few Nimbuses, 1 had a very bizarre outer texture, almost sandy.
