West Side — Attraction in Town of Plattsburgh

Been a few times. Nothing stands out at all where you WOW, that place is incredible. Many small things that would make a huge difference. 1st the way the hors d'oeuvre's were served was a poor setup. Rather then setting up so two sides can approach to help minimize length of line on to dance floor. 2nd Meatballs that were served were cold and hard and they kept running(not paying attention) out leaving some guests without or having to have the same guest stand in line twice. coffee and water was always lacking. Coffee was luke warm right after they just refilled it. maybe if they used a larger thermal dispenser, not only would the coffee stay warm but less trips by servers to maintain and then maybe have more time to pay attention to food being served and maintained. 3rd Rounded up all napkins and no napkins or forks for cake or dessert table, 4th each bar had a different price for same drinks, not exactly sure why? I think organization places a big role. I feel bad for the client, casue they are so consumed by everything they have going with event that it gets overwhelming. That's why its said that an establishment that's in this kinda of business fails to up hold their end of the deal on making this a great day to remember for all their clients guest. We went here for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party!! The place was very well decorated and was perfect for this party. The food which was catered by them was amazing and very good. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever was needed. They had a DJ who played great music. The place was the perfect size and is very well kept. This place for any type of gathering, whether it be a birthday party or a reception of some sort or just a business gathering. They have different menus for all different types of get togethers. An excellent place for an event, our organization holds our annual Safety Expo here very year. The staff is always on top of things and unobtrusive, very easy to work with Bill and the staff here to set up an event and requires nearly no effort on our end other than to let them know what we need.
