Currently ablaze in Fall colors, but would be beautiful in any season. Hike to a nice view of the lake and a little picnic table in 10 minutes or less, very easy going. The rest of the trails here are enchanting. Perfect place to enjoy the outdoors and clear your mind. Ps, trails are well-marked and there is lots of informative signage throughout!

I love this place so much - it would be nice if other visitors spoke more quietly instead of yell-speaking between themselves; you're disrupting the experience of wildlife and detachment for others.

Trails were at points rough to follow. Silly me didnt really look at the description and assumed because of the vicinity to lake george that the views would be of that, but only one lookout point was of the lake....
