I went to a musical concert in the theater of this Cultural Arts Center, which is located in Rockland Community College. As I entered the theater I was nervous about walking down the stairs in order to take a seat. (I'm a healthy active adult.) The steps are long and shallow, forcing a very unnatural gait walking either up or down. I witnessed two adults trip and fall HARD as they exited their seats to enter the aisle.
