You can really spend some time there. And by that I mean, you can sit by a fire and have a cocktail, you can hang in the greenhouse and eat delicious food while your kiddos run around outside, and if your lucky, Rachael will give you a tour of her production room and give you a taste of Cassis straight from tanks! Our Hudson Valley office is just down the road and it was a delight to welcome C. Cassis to the neighborhood. The tasting room is a beautiful space with an impeccable selection of curated beverages. We love the food so much that we enlisted C. Cassis to cater our holiday party. The spreads were beautiful, delicious, and perfectly seasonal and appropriate for our occasion.
