Forestville Winery & Event Center — Attraction in Town of River Falls

This was our second winery of the day, we came in on Sunday from Minneapolis, and we were blown away by the charm and hospitality from the staff. We met the owner and she was so kind and excited to see people come in from a bigger city. We got the red flight and we highly recommend trying out their ‘Summer Vacation’ rosé. My husband and I visited here yesterday and had a wonderful afternoon. The venue is beautiful and had a lot to offer inside and out. They have 7 wines (reds, whites and a rose) and I enjoyed all of them. The wines were at reasonable price points and they offer bulk and tasting discounts. There are several local food options (meats, cheese, cookies, and chocolates). The service was also really great, very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be visiting here again...

We liked the atmosphere, cute outdoor space and pizzas looked good. Wasn’t impressed with the wine or the service. We were only allowed one sample, didn’t like that one so took a gamble and got a bottle of a different one and didn’t like that one either. If they do not want to give samples, they should charge for a fleet of samples like some of the other wineries to sample several before buying a glass or bottle of something that they may not like.
