This farm has the most delicious pies you can find. Their list of pies is extensive and All pies are made on premises. They also sell seasonal produce, veggies, fruits, cookies, drinks (apple cider, etc.), breads, jams, cakes, flowers and lots more! Our favorites have been the carrot cakes, produce, pumpkin pies (finally, a real pie that doesn't have any hint of sweet potato), Apple Crisp, Blueberry Cream, Strawberry Rhubard, Lemon Meringue, Chocolate Cream... but really, we still get around to ordering different kinds based on how we feel that season. We drive 2 1/2 hours just to get to this farm, and at times make advance orders to share items with family and friends that love this farm too. Their website features several updated lists of items they're currently selling so that you're prepared to order when you come. There is usually a long line but they move it fast while still showing great customer service skills. Also, call ahead to ensure they have that particular item you want as they sell out quick around the holiday seasons. They also allow advance orders through their website and pack all the items for you by the time you come.

This is a very cute walk-up farm stand where you can see lovely flowers, some are for sale but have your wallet ready $$$. Otherwise as you approach just to the right, there’s fresh produce and varieties of jams and more. At the tables set up as a counter, there’s people taking your order for the pies. I wish they would’ve had more picture because I wanted the peach cream pie but I got the peach pie. I didn’t realize there were two different peach options for me to specify. That’s fine, I’m sure this one is great but now I’ll have to get back out here for the peach cream and raspberry cream next time. The things we do for good food. There’s also cookies that can be purchased at the front, and a brochure you can take to see there other options. Adding more after trying the peach pie.. it wasn’t special, at all. I can make a better one myself, and so could you. I would only get their peach cream pie (when peaches are in season) and the same with the raspberry. Their crusted top pies are no more special than a supermarket-yes I’m serious.

Briermere Farms’ apple pie is a slice of autumnal perfection, and dare I say, one of the best apple pies I’ve ever had. The crust is flawlessly golden and flaky, cradling the filling like a warm hug. As you take your first bite, you’re met with an irresistible balance—sweet, but never cloying, and spiced just enough without being overtaken by cinnamon. The filling itself is a revelation: the apples are tender yet hold their shape, and there’s this subtle tinge of sourness that keeps every forkful bright and lively. It’s the kind of flavor profile that lingers on your palate, coaxing you into savoring every mouthful. Paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, the creamy coolness complements the pie’s warm, tart-sweet symphony. Two slices later, and I’m already eyeing the rest of the pie. Briermere Farms has truly captured what makes a perfect apple pie—simple ingredients elevated by exceptional execution. Whether it’s a holiday feast or a simple indulgence, this is a pie worth every crumb.

Brieremere Farms is an absolute Long Island gem and hands-down my favorite place for pies! I travel over an hour just to get them, and it’s always worth the trip. Whenever I’m out east, I make it a point to stop by — it’s become a tradition at this point. The pies are truly something special: fresh, homemade, and bursting with flavor. You can taste the difference in every bite.

My personal favorite is the Raspberry Cream Pie — it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had. The crust is perfectly flaky, the filling is rich and tangy, and the cream layer ties it all together in the most decadent way. Every pie I’ve tried here, though, has been amazing — from the blueberry to the strawberry rhubarb, they’re all made with fresh ingredients and just the right level of sweetness.

A quick tip: I definitely recommend ordering ahead if you can, especially during the busy season. These pies sell out fast, and for good reason! The line can get very long in the summer and around the holidays, but it moves quickly and the staff keeps things organized and friendly. Plus, once you get your hands on those pies, you’ll forget all about the wait — they’re that good.

I also love bringing Brieremere pies as hostess gifts when visiting friends or family — they’re always a huge hit and never fail to impress. Simply put, no trip out east is complete without a stop at...

The pies from Briermere Farms are delicious! If you are passing by this area, you have to stop by! Briermere Farms is an adorable farm stand that sells delicious hot-from-the-oven pies and other baked goods. I really wanted a silky blueberry cream pie but I thought that won't last in this summer heat. So we opted for a blueberry crisp ($18) . Our friends got 3 apple turnovers, which they were gracious enough to let me try. The apple turnover had a beautiful buttery flakey crust and crisp apples. So good! Pies average around $20.

I couldn't wait to get home to try this beautiful fresh blueberry crisp. That first slice was amazing! Crispy buttery crumbles, a perfect flakey crust and gooey gelatinous blueberries. I took the slice and held it to the light, pretending to be like Christina Tosi, checking for how the pie holds, the quality of the crust and the overall taste. Folks, we have a winner!

Side note: If you love plants, definitely come and take a look! The plants looked vibrant and well taken care of. Fresh bountiful basil, rhubarb, lavender, hanging flowering plants, and cut sunflowers. BF also sells pints of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries.

I will definitely come back...
