Went with my fiancé and our two babies when we arrived it was nice the people walking around were nice we went to the shopping part first I was holding our daughter and he was holding our son and pushing his stroller we picked up a pumpkin bar and went to the counter to get a caramel apple the older lady greeted my fiancé and was kind of standoffish toward me but she was really nice to him and our kids while getting our apple she started a conversation she said “are you going to have anymore kids” (I thought she was talking to both of us) seeing we are together so I started to answer and say no not right now but she cut me off and she said “I’m not talking to you I’m talking to him” I was taken back because she said it so rudely but he said the same thing I did so I was confused as to why she needed him to say that so I started to walk away my fiancé noticed and grabbed our stuff and started to walk away before he got to far she told him he has a beautiful family it just left me with a really nagging feeling about this place he comforted me but I will not be going back she was so rude it’s 2025 women have a choice when or if we want to continue growing a family NOT...
Read moreI love skelly's I love supporting local farmers sometimes I actually go out to their farm and get my produce they have fresh fruit and vegetables that they grow or if they don't grow them they get them locally sourced their bakery is awesome especially their apple cider donuts when they come right out of the air fryer their gift shop is awesome they have a lot of things you can buy from candles to homemade wind chimes you can literally find anything and everything that you want there everything is priced reasonably and if I can't make it to the farm I go to their produce stand in Janesville I definitely recommend especially in the fall you can pick your own pumpkin they have a corn maze they just got new playground equipment for the kids to play on they also have hayrides it's definitely family-friendly you will also have fun too I definitely recommend and will be back once the season...
Read moreGrandma & grandpa experienced the corn maze with our elementary aged grandchildren and their toddler sister. We did the maze designed for younger people. We all thought it was great fun using the map (teaching life skills) that was available to help navigate along with using the app (optional). We followed the clues, had to backtrack once, to figure out the code to unlock the door of the escape room to complete our excursion. After that every wooden toy was climbed on & every slide was slid down. Lots of great picture opportunities but the favorite was the old Case SE tractor in front because that was a tractor that grandpa received instruction on when he was young & learning to drive tractor.
