Fish Lake is a reservoir located 4,639 feet above sea level in Jackson County, Oregon, United States. It is 35 miles northeast of Medford. Originally a natural lake, it was enlarged by the 50-foot tall Fish Lake Dam, which impounds the north fork of Little Butte Creek, in the Rogue River watershed.

Beautiful lake with unique history. Used to be two different lakes, as shown on Google maps, but have now combined to form one lake. Water levels just kept rising and nothing could be done. But this area is a incredible place for fishing and kayaking. But be warned, if you're planning on bringing a boat. They haven't updated the lake since it has risen, and that includes the boat ramp. It is incredibly hard to put a medium size boat in or anything bigger, and I only recommend small boats here. I have a old bass tracker and wasn't able to put it in here multiple times. The "boat ramp" is way too shallow.
