Tl;dr: We spent ~16K on a supposedly high quality marble gazebo FromEuropeToYou, which was neither "high quality" nor "from Europe". I would highly recommend other buyers to keep their eyes open while buying from this seller. You are dealing with someone that is keen to hide behind technicalities rather than stand behind his product. Take your thousands of dollars elsewhere!
Details: We ordered a 6 grecian column 10 foot marble gazebo from Joe. The item got delivered on 10/10/23. 4 of the columns had their individual wooden encasing but were packaged together on one palette. My husband met the delivery guys to receive the item, and left it in its original packaging including the palette, plastic wrap etc.It sat there untouched in our lean-to area of our barn through the winter.
With weather improving, we recently started getting ready for our spring install. When we split the 4 column palette, we discovered that one of the columns of the "solid marble" gazebo was delivered broken. Note that it still was in its plastic wrap which was unripped. The break wasn't visible in plain sight due to it being broken on the surface turned inwards facing another column.
When asked if it was even solid marble as it is unusual for it to have broken on shipment - Joe indicated it would take extreme pressure to break it, and suspected perhaps the column fell on its side that caused the break. He insisted that he had several guys that inspect these shipments for a living and that he is confident he did not ship it broken.
Isn't it absolutely ridiculous to speculate that a column packaged on a palette in our barn; weighing HUNDREDS of pounds; needing a forklift to move around - somehow fell and broke on our end, and stood right back in place on the palette with its plastic wrap and encasing intact?
The most infuriating thing is that Joe showed zero empathy for our concerns of a safety hazard due to structural integrity issues. Instead, he downplayed our safety concerns; claimed to have sold millions of dollars worth of these items; harped on a technicality that we didn't report it within 48 hours as per the contract etc.
All these arguments deflect answering one direct question we had for Joe: Are you going to make this right by us by shipping us a replacement column? And the answer is No, just repair it on your end!

Read moreI ordered a custom-built black marble sink to be fabricated. Jen O'Brien was very difficult to deal with throughout the process, and downright rude at times. But much much worse than that, after months of waiting, the sink arrived, and they had not cut it properly for the installation of a faucet. It has cost a ton of money paying to have it removed from my house, taken to a stone--cutting place, where it can be cut properly, and then re-delievered to my house for installation. It is as if they had no idea what they were doing. Joe Bailey, believed to be one of the owners, was of little to no help. I sense that they think they undercharged me for the sink, and therfore completely abandoned me as a purchaser. They took the photos of my cusotm-built sink, and threw it on eBay for a 60%+ higher price than I paid. Turns out they are simply a middle-man, and they contract the work out to factories in Asia. (Even the name is misleading! My sink never set foot near Europe). Do yourself a favor and just deal directly with sellers in China, as I did for a marble bar that I had built. From EuropeToYou takes zero responsibility for ensuring things are done right. We are just completing an 8 month renovation in a very high end house, and they are the worst company we have dealt with in the entire process. Most recently, I asked Joe Bailey for the weight of the sink, since it is going on a main level and there are concerns about load bearing. He promised to check but never got back to me. Just useless all around. Wish I could give them 0 stars but I am not permitted to do so. I neglected to mention that the sink also arrvied with a huge chunk of marble broken off and missing. Read moreMy wife and I have been doing business with this establishments for years, both buying and selling and we usually deal with Joe who is the greatest person ever. However this new guy Karlis has not been so great. Today was the last day that we had to get our belongings out or they would have been forfeited which was fine and we said that we would and truthfully we had forgotten about it because we were not notified or sent anything in the mail. Well this guy was extremely unpleasant because he wanted to purchase our property and was extremely nasty and mean to my wife actually making her cry and all he can say to her and myself is that he is the boss now and has the power to act and say what he wanted. So I expressed he was wrong and he said i'll make it better for you now you have until 2 O'clock or your not getting it back to I had to leave work and drive 30min to and from.
