Tendick Nature Park is a beautiful 142 acre park of groomed trails, disc golf, a board walk, fishing pond, all surrounded by rolling natural meadows. On the East side of the road is an archery range and canoe launch. I especially enjoy bringing my dogs here as it's a great source of exercise for them. There's no telling what adventures await us and may potentially cross our path. I am giving this park a five star rating although I do have a few areas of concern. The signs in the park clearly state that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times! Many people that I have encountered feel that this rule is for everyone else but them! My second area of concern is although the park system provides bags to clean up after your dogs mess, once again, I have sadly found that some people feel that they do not need to do this. Β Β Β Read moreStarts off as a good course and goes bad quick. Half the holes are in the woods where there are no real throwing lanes at all. The woods are not maintained at all. Discs can get lost in the leaves easily and no trails exist. It's like they just slapped a tee and a basket in the woods and said " this holes is done." When you get out of the woods it's a few generic completely open shots with no difficulty, it's pretty much just throw as far as you can....
