I was able to visit this park in 2021 in the spring, and then again in 2022 in the spring. I have to say, the trail markings the first time we're not the clearest, and we were with a large group and did get a little lost. (Nothing dire, we were able to find our way back within minutes). This spring however, there are nice clear pathways, with awesome markings and maps at each and every intersection. We had a large group ranging from baby (in child backpack) all the way to middle-aged adult, and spent about an hour hiking the trail. Trail is very clear of debris, but not something you could take a stroller on as there are lots of rocks and roots. Beautiful scenery, several benches along the way. Really enjoy that the trail meets up with the Ice Age Trail, and then there's multiple loops you can do depending on energy levels. Good amount of parking, and very clean park. It would be fun to come back to view wildlife with a smaller group.

Beautifully maintained park! Well groomed, clean...no trash anywhere! There are pit toilets close to the playground area which were spotless! Then a little further up, there is the Walla Hi Pavillion. The restrooms here have running water and they are also exceptionally clean! There is a bubbler (drinking fountain for non Wisconsinites ๐Ÿ˜‰) where you can get a quick drink or fill up a larger water bottle! The trails seemed very well marked and there is plenty of parking. There are picnic tables and charcoal grills available. More counties should take a page out of Manitowoc County's handbook! This is truly an exceptional place!

The trails are marked good for the most part. The ice age trail is kept up great. But the one labeled as hiking on the Map is horrible, at least the lower right section of the map. I didnt even want to see the rest of the trail sections marked white, because of it. The two "bridges" on the lower right part of the map are not bridges. 1 part is just a broken up pallet, along with some of the path. And with the vegetation growing over it, it made it hazardous.
