Very informative and the people & volunteers that work there were very friendly, talkative & helpful with the information they gave. The exhibits they have around the building are neat so you can learn more about the area that you're in. Bathrooms were clean & they did have some portopottys outside as well if the center was closed. They also had a pavilion and picnic tables outside. There is a small little store where someone could pick up a book, a souvenir or camp essential, a snack or a drink. The walking trail went around a nice meadow and led to a firetower, was a little disappointed that the very top cab was locked but I could still get a nice very from above the trees. Overall if you have an hour or less to spare you won't be disappointed if you stop in for a quick...
Read moreCute little visitors center with trails around. But what made it a great stop was another event by the 1st Ulster Militia. One man fell for the revolution, and one of the Loyalists were captured. This group really makes any event fun. You can find them around the area at local events and...
