Excellent Hills and small lift lines have made Mount lacrosse my choice for taking my students on their annual ski trip and being my facility of choice for personal skiing.. Unfortunately lack of communication and quality management bit me in the rear end this year resulting in the one star. After suffering a non ski related foot injury last April after buying a season pass, I assumed I would be cleared to ski this year. When I had my doctor appointment in November I was told not to ski for another year, and perhaps to never ski again without a complicated surgery that I elected not to have. Despite multiple phone calls with individuals that I was transferred to as "management," none of my calls were returned and no solution to my situation was alluded to. I was told my calls would be returned by somebody in upper management. Nope. Very unfortunate somebody that suffers a severe injury preventing them from using their pass wasn't worthy of a solution and a phone call. It's been 9 weeks since my first contact, now at this late point in the season I couldn't sell the season pass to someone else or transfer it if I tried. Very poor customer service and management, this is unfortunate for such a...
Read moreI have skied here my entire adult life. Moved away a few years ago and come back often to visit and ski. Not sure what the goal is here but it is super annoying considering I can just use my phone in front of the window to get the ticket. You are still waiting on me to complete the transaction, it's not exactly saving you time.
The lengthy rental registration process is out of control. The last time I experienced something like this I ended up joining the military. Come on now, we are renting skies here, you need nothing more than a name, and maybe an ID. 3 pages of information was a bit excessive.
Still had a ton of fun though and staff...
Read moreAwesome location, almost unchanged from when I used to ski as a kid. Rental staff is great, but those lift guys are rude and impatient. I felt really bad for a few parents and younger kids who had problems. They probably ruined what could have been great memories and instead of helping, just yelled at a dad and his 5 year old. This same kid just played the guitar when he was on top of applebottom lift. - it was quite obvious he didnt want to be there and let everyone know about it. Went the past weekend and they had pretty much half of the course off limits for some race. Paid close to $500 for 5 hours of skiing on PART on the hill. Very expensive and 90% of the...
