Good beach BUT... they really should ban music for disturbing the peace. Every time I come here to TRY to relax you have groups playing music all around you. It’s ridiculous and it’s never at a normal volume where they can only hear it. They have to blast it so everyone can hear the music...imagine having different groups of ppl playing different music at the same time... how can anyone relax on a beach anymore..!!!! 😡 one person brings a big speaker on wheels! I mean come on!!! The only music you hear is either Spanish or rap music!! I don’t want to listen to any music when I’m trying to enjoy a nice day at the Beach! Something needs to be done

I try to go further away from the crowds to go to find some peace and quiet and somehow they find me and decide to settle down all around us and start with their music I...

What a GREAT beach. It is so clean and so quiet. Went on a Sunday and it was not crowded at all. The beach is clean and the water was calm, not deep and great for people who enjoy swimming. The bathrooms were easily accessible. They smell terrible but they weren't too disgusting, as beach bathrooms can get, and there was never a line for the women's while I was there. The boardwalk does offer a little concessions shop with some food options. But there are lawns next to the boardwalk where you can bring your own grill and cook up some meats! People set up their own tents and tables and it is such a fantastic place to have big group or family gatherings.

I just wish that this place was easier to get to from the city. It is such...

Went first time on a Friday and parking was free at the time. Really enjoyed the beach and went back the following day and was charged $8 for parking maybe coz it’s weekend. It was well worth it. Nice beach area, can go for a long walk along the shoreline. Also has boardwalk lined with benches and water fountains strategically positioned every now and then good for walkers/ joggers. Can bike around but I didn’t try it, although I believe there are restrictions to cycling depends on season. Restrooms well kept and they also have shower area. Playground for kids and designated area for bbq. Plenty of parking.

Highly recommend if you want to...
