My fiance and I visited this farm for the first time today and we are already in love! We normally get our raw milk on the north fork but wanted to try something different. I have heard a lot about their cheeses as well. Betsy, the owner’s sister, came back from a farmer’s market right as we got there and offered us samples of the cheeses. We bought three kinds! Betsy and Art were very nice to speak with. It’s important to get to know your local farmers! I’ve been going to the market in Westhampton for years and the older gentleman with the white beard serving the cheeses has ZERO personality. He’s not friendly, personable or willing to educate the consumer. His practice as a retailer is deplorable.    Read moreI am so glad I found Mecox Bay Dairy! I LOVE making yogurt from Jersey Cattle milk. I always boil, leave in fridge for about 24 hours and collect the clotted cream to eat with honey etc or make butter. I have never, ever had such a thick, creamy clotted cream. I am so HAPPY!
