Finger Lakes Winery Tours — Attraction in Town of Torrey

Purchased this amongst other items as the perfect engagement gift for a close family member and her fiancé. The wine tour was supposed to be the centerpiece of the gift and tied it all together. I purchased the Cayuga Trolley Wine Tour as the gift. The engagement party commenced and the couple loved the gift! Unfortunately, the following day I received an email stating that the Cayuga wine tour was no longer an option. I had to contact the couple and let them know that they could not use their gift and essentially had to take it back. Very unfortunate and not to mention embarrassing to have to do that!! When asking about other options or accommodations, I received no help. The message I received was basically “oh well here’s your money back.” I cannot speak to the experience of the winery tours because I (or anyone I know for that matter) has made it that far, but I can recommend that the customer service is quite poor. If I am going to send a couple out of town to attend a winery tour, I personally expect them to be taken care of by the staff — I do not feel as though this is...

We had a group of 12 people for a winery tour at the beginning of July. I have to say, we had a great experience from start to finish. The communication was awesome (they even called us a few days prior to the trip to go over last minute instructions and to review the trip). Russ, the driver, called me the day of the trip to go over our itinerary and the exact location he would be picking us up from. Russ told me the itinerary I mapped out was a little tricky and we might be pressed for time, but he would do his best to make sure we made it to all of our stops. Guess what? We did it! Russ even texted us at each stop to let us know the latest we should leave in order to stay on time. Some of our party had mobility issues, and Russ couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we all got on and off the bus safely. He is a fantastic driver; we're lucky we had him! We had a wonderful trip, and I'm so glad I booked it. I wouldn't hesitate to book another winery trip with this company...

What a wonderful day touring the Finger Lakes. Our driver, Dan Lynch, with Fitzgerald Brothers Transportation, was such a gentleman and gave us some history lessons as we drove from winery to winery. I also had communications with Velevia in Dispatch and she was awesome. She kept me up-to-date on what I needed to send to them and was very responsive to my questions. Not knowing where to go on our tour, I was provided recommendations and used mostly all of what Fitzgerald suggested. The transportation service was great, the staff was awesome, the vehicle was nicely kept and we all had an amazing time.
