This vineyard is just off the Great River Road. They have elevated pairings with their wines. I tried the roasted garlic, feta, blue cheese, stuffed olives; the small bread tray featured 12 slices (large 24) with various spreads to choose from; you may select additional spreads for $2.50; meat and cheese platters include various crackers; the items are premium. The Artesian with Salami was big and delicious. The food pairs are not limited to the selections listed here; I posted the menu. Wines flights categorize: Dry, semi-sweet, sweet, and at this time: summer. Additional wines beyond the flights are available by glass. We were blow away by Elmaro Vineyard and the whole event staff that made our wedding so wonderful. To start, from the very beginning Kari was great with communication, willing to meet and understand what we were wanting for our day and so flexible with us and what we wanted. This was consistent through the whole process, as we got closer to our wedding day, she was available and in touch at all times. She was willing to meet with us, thoroughly go through details and even set up a time for us to rehearse. Kari and the event staff were the most flexible when it came to our day, rain was in the forecast and they planned ahead making sure we had options and a beautiful space to make our dream wedding a reality despite the change in plans.
