Lamoka Lake, previously known as Mud Lake, is a small crescent-shaped lake in the western part of New York state. The lake is located at the border of Schuyler County and Steuben County. Most of the lake is in Schuyler County with only a small part, called "Mill Pond," at the southwest corner in Steuben County.

My husband & I have lived on Lamoka Lake for over 20 years. Great fishing lake. Very quiet & relaxing. Swimming is usually done out in the middle of the lake (unless you live on the north end where it is deeper) due to all the weeds along the shore. Abundance of wildlife. Everyone looks out for one another. Could never imagine living...

This is a very nice lake with some nice fishing. Make sure to stay on the borders of the lake near docks to get more fish, and only fish from 6-11am or from 4-9pm. That’s when the fish are most active. Also make sure to have bug spray because there are SO...

My family and I have always gone here, since we we're little kids! We absolutely love it up here. There is so much to do like, cookouts, boating, and fishing. There is activities to do in surrounding areas also! There's so much to do...
