I had the privilege to attend the wild rice pancake breakfast this morning, and while the pancakes themselves were great the service needs to be improved. When I tried to get coffee and juice the lady working the counter informed me that I could only get juice using the small cup (around shot glass sized). I complied, however upon returning to refill my juice cup another cup for my grandma. The lady made a very passive aggressive comment “I see you found a way to get exactly what you want” I replied “oh this is for my grandma” and she then accused me of lying. Which was completely rude and uncalled for. The trading post was great and the pancakes were fantastic, however someone needs to have a serious talk about manners to the staff. Times are tough in America, but the stinginess over orange juice reminds me a bit too much of the tough times of the wild and lawless frontier....
   Read moreOne of the most fun activities to do! We had time to kill on our drive and the puppy needed a walk, too! This place is a hidden gem! We had never heard of it and are so happy we stopped! We did the tour with 3 others in a different group and there was plenty of room and Angelique was out tour guide and we could listen to her and her knowledge, honestly all day. Thank you! After the tour, we walked around, we had the whole place to ourselves. It was so fun and just what we needed. Bathrooms were phenomenally cleaned and the museums were very welcoming and wonderful. The Rendezvous are amazing .School days are very kid friendly and the kids realy get involved and enjoy it. The bread from the clay ovens is out of this world.
