Cross Island Chapel — Attraction in Town of Verona

Cross Island Chapel aka The World’s Smallest Church is an interesting landmark. The church is in the middle of a small pond just down the road from the Turning Stone Casino. A sign on the shore of the pond gives the dimensions as 51 by 81 inches or less than 30 square feet. It’s possible the church might fit three people? Went this Saturday, May 4th, 2024 to have our marital union blessed. Everyone involved in making the blessing possible was so kind and generous. It is such a special little church, ( it is a registered congregational church, not just a cute building) built by the owners father, you can feel the love and care he put into it. The church can actually be used for special occasions, and even prayers (Not a whole lot of room, but I doubt the geese would mind joining you lol)
