I had the pleasure of visiting Thunderbird Farms twice in the past two weeks, and both experiences were nothing short of amazing. During my first visit, I brought my 6th-grade band musicians for a fall celebration, and we were in for a treat. The Boo Barn was a fantastic scare and brought our group closer together. While the weather kept us from exploring the trails, the spooktacular actors and the wonderfully friendly staff, along with the Headless Horseman's entourage, truly transported us to the world of Sleepy Hollow. We also enjoyed delicious food, fresh cider donuts, and an outdoor screening of a scarey movie. It was a night of scares, screams, and unforgettable memories for our 6th grade musicians.
My second visit was with my gym friends, and this time we got to explore the Boo Barn and the Haunted Trails. The Boo Barn's decor and craftsmanship were impressive, and every corner held a terrifying surprise. However, the highlight of the evening was the Haunted Trails, which were incredibly well done. The actors were horrifying, and the cornfield setting was perfect for a good scare.
Supporting a local farm like Thunderbird Farms is a true delight. This husband and wife team has created a fantastic way for the community to celebrate fall and get into the Halloween spirit. I want to extend a big thank you to Thunderbird Farms and a special shout-out to the scary scarecrow, who clearly has a soft spot for teachers. Don't miss this heart-stopping attractionāit's an experience you won't forget!
