Extremely Disappointing Experience — Poor Customer Service
We’ve visited countless lavender fields across the U.S. that happily welcome dogs as long as they’re in carriers — so we were shocked at how poorly we were treated here. After standing in a long line under the sun with our small dog safely tucked in a carrier bag, we were only informed at the very front of the line that dogs weren’t allowed at all — not even in bags.
What’s worse is that the staff member managing the line clearly saw we had a dog from the start. Why let us wait all that time just to turn us away? That’s not just poor planning — it’s disrespectful of people’s time and completely avoidable.
The entire experience was frustrating, and the staff’s attitude came off as unwelcoming and inconsiderate. If you’re traveling with a dog — even a well-behaved one in a carrier — do not waste your time here. Support businesses that treat customers with basic courtesy and kindness. This place failed on both counts.
By the way it’s $5 per person just skip this place!...

Read moreBit surprised by all the 5 star reviews - felt like a tourist trap to us. We had lavender vanilla ice cream and lavender lemonade. We could just barely tell there was lavender in the lemonade and the lavender ice cream really just tasted like vanilla. Even really trying to taste the lavender, couldn't pick up anything.
The farm itself was $5 a person just to walk around the fields.
If the fields are in bloom, maybe worth a trip, but...
