Marsh Haven Nature Center — Attraction in Town of Waupun

Lovely spot to stop during the birding festival. Enjoyed the nest box hike. The merganser mom and babies were awesome. Staff very helpful. Nice feeder area and prairie landscape to catch pictures of migrators. The courting and calls of the doves was hilarious. Found some goodies in the store. Small gift shop and a great little museum with some rescue animals in it. There is tons of historical information about the marsh and surrounding areas. Some nice little hiking trails and a lookout tower. It was a great place to start the day in the marsh because they were able to give me a lot of great information and suggestions on other things to do...

My husband and I started this private, non-profit organization in 1984, but have been retired for about 4 years.
