Bad Cat Airsoft — Attraction in Town of Webster

They had my sons airsoft gun for almost 6 months for modifications. They lied to him multiple times saying it was completed and he could pick up. He arranged times with them them they would make excuses why they couldn't show. I finally had to rech out my self threatening to involve law enforcement because the lies kept coming in. I have text messages to prove this all. After I reched out using there email on there website and Facebook messenger they continued to lie and said my chiled was wrong. I sent them text messages that clearly stated there technician had lied. Then i was told I was self righteous. I demanded my soms gun back. He got it back uncompleted and missing parts after them holding if for 5 months. They tried to say he didn't pay for a rush when there was no rush talked about in the beginning. Looks like it was as well when they had it. I have text messages and proof of all this if anyone woulf like to see. They tried and did take advantage of a kid 😕. They are all friends over there that clearly dont know how to run a bissnes and the emails I have prove...

Bad Cat is awesome. I've been going for a few months now. Gear rental at the beginning is awesome and reasonably priced just like most of the stuff on the walls. The map is great, set up in a way that it is continuously fun with all the different game modes they do.

The staff is always friendly, extremely knowledgeable (awesome for a newer player like me) and you can tell they love the hobby. The other players are usually awesome and welcoming to new people or people from out of town. It's a great little community if you want to be a part of it.

Racist and bad customers services. I do not recommend anyone go to this establishment. I went yesterday with two friends paid for the rental gear and to play few minutes after paying something came up we ask for a refund and the owner refused to give us back our cash. Not only did he refused he ended up calling the cops on us saying we were trying to rob them when all we wanted was our money back! Do no go here they don’t deserve our business.
