Noble Winery — Attraction in Town of Westfield

Wish I could put 0 stars! Poor business move and horrible experience with staff!!!! There is the reds whites and BBQ weekend going on and 14 of us bought tickets for the event. Upon arrival a lady with glasses, blue shirt was BEYOND rude to me telling me my birthday group could not come due to ONE poor experience they had. The employee told me it is on their own personal website stating that there cannot be party buses however, why is it not on the event website that certain wineries do not allow buses?!?!I will make sure I NEVER step foot in this winery again. I told the employee I was not giving attitude or being rude therefore I didn’t know why she was being rude to me. She acted happy that she spoke to me so rudely, especially when my limo bus driver had to step out of the bus because he saw how incredibly rude she was getting. I would never treat a human being the way she spoke to me. I made sure every one of my friends and family in the area know to stay away from this winery! Awful employee!!! So glad we didn’t spend money, awful awful business move for Noble Winery!!!

UPDATE I got into contact with the wine country and they explained to me that all wineries were instructed to take buses & limos the entire duration of the event weekends!! Noble Winery did not do so or follow through with these...

Tried to charge me $21 on 2 glasses of $4.50 wine. When disputed they said it was tax. Not sure there is ever a situation where there is $12 in tax on $9 of product, but staff was incredibly rude about the situation. Would not recommend or return.

Reply to the Owner: Your venue was incredibly rude to our party, enough so that we all were very unhappy with our experience at your winery. After 5 minutes of arguing you refunded the difference but know that you have a local reputation that proceeds you. After returning to our limo, the driver informed us that he would never recommend your establishment due to the routine negative feedback received from larger parties when they return. There is no need to be rude or try to rip off people because you don't want to deal with larger groups... You're attitude, attempted scam, and aggressive negativity towards our party was...

Nobel Winery is right off route 20 and has the most amazing views of Lake Erie. On a clear day, you can see Canada. Their friends at Johnson winery sent us up the hill to Nobel. Wine tasting is $2 for 6 generous samples. They have samples of whites, reds, sangria's and dessert wines. Wine slushies are $5 each and every day there is a different selection. On this day they had rock candy and Vino colada and both were excellent. Their service is fast and friendly despite being busy for a Saturday afternoon.
