This place is incredible. I recently did the Kentucky Bourbon Trail with my family and did tours and tastings at all the big companies (Woodford Reserve, Makers Mark, Buffalo Trace, Angels Envy, etc)… Vince’s tour and explanation was better, the ambience is 10x cooler, and his whiskey is easily my favorite out of any I’ve ever tried. He turned me into a Rye drinker - I never enjoy it because it’s normally got a bite, but his is incredible and worth every penny. I would’ve been happy walking out with just about any of the bottle he had for sale, but this is now my daily drinker and I couldn’t be happier. I prefer it neat or with 1 rock - super smooth, a nice sweetness, 0 bite and tons of flavor. Can’t say enough good things about Vince or the business he’s built 10/10

My brother and I went distillery-hopping up through and around the Finger Lakes, yesterday. This was, by far, the most enjoyable experience of all of our stops. Vince is a super cool dude with an obvious and infectious passion for what he does. His whiskeys are thoroughly enjoyable and well worth the cost. I visit NY once a year or so.....my brother and I will definitely make this part of our to-do list when I'm in town.

Where fairies and dragons meet, cheering with excellent whiskey! This place is a gem in upper state NY, highly recommended very interesting tour and explanations from the owner. Even in these difficult times, we had a great time and have been welcomed with warmth and friendliness. I suggest to reserve the tour online through the website, is easy and efficient and it will assure the best experience.

Booked an online tour and tasting for my wife and I during a day they are normally closed to the public from the Dragonfyre website. We arrived on time during a torrential rain and the master distiller Vince was waiting at the entrance holding the door open for us. This was just the beginning of the hospitality we received. We spent over 30 minutes in the back touring the distillery and having a great discussion with Vince. The love and passion Vince has for his spirits is infectious and certainly shows in his distillery, tasting room, and of course the spirits.

How cool is it to have a private tasting with the distiller at a cool unique mythical place? If you enjoy whiskeys you must stop here. My wife doesn't even care much for liquor but she had a fabulous time and enjoyed tasting all their varieties. Didn't get a slushie but they sounded great! We did do a full tasting of all their whiskeys, shine, and brandy. There's a flavor for just about everyone. We really enjoyed talking about the flavor notes of each spirit with Vince and his thought on what was his inspiration and goal for each of them.

If you are looking for small craft spirits you really must stop here. Vince has incredible standards and his love of distilling really shines.

Stop in, tour, taste, buy, and return again with friends. Dragonfyre was a fantastic experience and we will return because you can't buy these spirits anywhere but here.

Thanks Vince for a great time. I can't wait to try your...

Couldn’t possibly have been a better tour or tasting! Vince is a true artisan with a natural ability to create great sipping bourbons as well as passionately take you through his process from start to finish. Love that he places a priority on locally sourcing ingredients and materials for Dragonfyre Distillery. This place is a real gem and not to be missed - worth the drive. Plan to spend an hour or two. We had a private tour, shared a tasting of all ten varieties currently available, marveled at the extensive shop offerings, purchased a couple bottles of bourbon and some bourbon barrel aged maple syrup and made plans to return with family and friends. Looking forward to tasting what’s in those barrels...
