One of our favorite go to hikes that is close to home and gets us out of the house for a bit. You can walk through meadow and woods and see orchards and the lake. Sometimes they have a story walk up on one of the trails. There are a couple different trails to follow now, one is very wet seasonally and waterproof boots are recommended. Some of lakeshore trail can be very muddy and wet in the spring. We love doing the entire loop. We start down at the marina end of the trailhead and walk all the way to the woods and back.
