Binksberry Hollow — Attraction in Town of Wilson

Absolutely wonderful!

Binksberry Hollow is a gorgeous place in nature with landscaping that enhances your experience at whatever event you're having there. There are indoor and outdoor spaces that give a great flow of traffic, and they're spacious enough to accommodate a large number of people. On the Binksberry Hollow website, the main large building ("The Market") is said to have a "standing capacity for 100". We were about 100 and traffic flow was easy. I never once felt like I was hemmed in, or that couldn't comfortably find a way to get from one place to another within the space. At the wedding I attended last night - a very chilly evening in May - I found a large variety hors d'œuvres that were all delicious. Some were at a table while others were carried around by wait staff, course style. I won't describe them all, but I did have a taco that was so perfectly balanced and flavorful that I could have had an evening's supply and been happy. The dinner was of the same quality and rather than break down every dish, I can say that you should simply go to the website to see how they have such a level of freshness. Oh, the baked potatoes have made all past, and probably future, baked potatoes lesser to me. If I could just stop by to have some baked potatoes, I would. The bar staff was quick and made excellent cocktails. There was a constant atmosphere of cleanliness because of the vigilance of the wait staff. Caring and kindness are also ever present in the demeanor of everyone who is there to make sure that you and all your guests have an enjoyable and unforgettable time. We are absolutely thrilled with our experience at Binksberry Hollow for our wedding! From the moment we walked in, we knew it was the perfect place for our special day. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere that made all our guests feel welcome.

The staff at Binksberry Hollow were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and dedication to making our day perfect was evident in every aspect of the event. We felt truly cared for and supported throughout the entire planning process and on the day itself.

A special mention must go to Chef Binks and his team for the incredible food. Every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests are still raving about the meal! The menu was thoughtfully crafted to cater to all tastes and dietary needs, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch.

My wife and I attended a the wedding of a friend’s son at Binksberry Hollow on Friday, August 8th and it was magnificent!

This was the most beautiful, most perfect wedding venue that I have ever been to.

If I could pick one thing that sets Binksberry Hollow apart, it would be Chef Steven’s and his incredible wife Kristie’s attention to detail. It is apparent that EVERY SINGLE THING MATTERS!

They strive not only to make the bride and groom happy, but they go the extra 100 miles to make sure that every guest leaves their beautiful property thoroughly ‘wow’ed!

The property is a paradise. The decorating is impeccable. The food was plentiful and incredibly delicious!

When it comes to hospitality, though, the Binks’ have clearly conveyed the level of hospitality that they expect their guests to experience and let me tell you, every member of their team understood the assignment.

The hospitality delivered by Mr. And Mrs. Binks and crew were at a standard that might make the folks at Disney blush.
