In short this is a fully automated casino, no human dealers, but its clean, pleasant, and honestly if your just looking for a fun time with a few friends its more than enough.

The long story is simple - no human dealers is just boring and the entertainment is as average as it can be but its clean, safe, and afforded me some fun. Myself and a large group had some free time one Saturday evening and decided to visit. It was clean and safe which if you've ever visited casinos that operate in more rural areas earns a star on its own. Now I have grief with that its not advertised anywhere that they don't have human dealers. On top of that there's one automated roulette table, one automated blackjack table, and one automated craps table. Besides that its all slots. If I wanted to sit 5 feet apart from my friends while an AI generated dealer deals me cards on a giant screen I'd just do it at home on my phone. On top of this one of the automated blackjack terminals (idk what to call it but a spot at the big automated table) broke with 80 dollars of my friends money in it and it took staff 20 minutes to resolve the issue despite even talking to someone at security.

Staff was generally nice outside the usual young adult/teenage angst which could be found at the restaurants. The food from the restaurants is severely overpriced with a McDonalds down the road but I do concede its good just overpriced. I did not stay at the hotel so I have no notes for there except that parking is abundant which is nice.

Now beside those grievances it really was pleasant. Some people won money some people lost it, felt generally average for a casino. the slots had good diversity and I got to watch a few bonuses and small jackpots occur while I was there. I enjoyed myself enough I'd give the location 4 stars if they just advertised the lack of human dealers - not doing so is a little manipulative and should be addressed which is sad because outside that it really is such a nice location considering its a little out there. Or if you're going to be fully automated give me a few more blackjack, roulette, and craps tables - waiting in line essentially to play blackjack is as fun as watching someone else play with your present...

Use to LOVE coming here until our trip up there on the 29th of June we rented out the biggest room in the hotel we where down stairs playing on the little devils an the bottom of the Machine came slamming down an smashing on top of my left shin .... AN IT HURT BAD BAD bruised immediately I was in tears an just SHOCKED ! Long story short couldn’t walk man was in horrific pain had to go back to room tried to sit in tub an it was NASTY dirty with the ring around the part top of tub YUCKKKK! We made paper complaint about me being hurt in there casino an nasty tub in room then went to take shower an the water wouldn’t even go hot talk about a horrific Evening so they made huge report , pictures of my leg , went bac an watched cameras even other staff stated this was not the 1st time the machine just comes crashing open on top of ppl mainly the set we were at !! Your kidding right this wasn’t the first time what the hell !!! So we wait til wed July 3rd got call back FINALLY ABOUT ALL OF THIS an remind u this happened at 344 am an we checked out by 8 am I couldn’t walk I was balling I just wanted to go home ! The head person calls says so sorry to hear this omg what a bad evening an states but there’s nothing we can do !!! Ummm what do you mean u can discount a room or free or anything an I got hurt at your casino do to y’all ?!? He then goes an says well I can give you a little free play ... so I told him I am going to get this checked out finally by dr an I talked to an attorney Monday but waited to see what they would even say so , but I will contact them again an I will have my attorney get a hold of them !! I didn’t want to make a HUGE deal or call ambulance I am just floored I have to put my credit card down for any charges but I can get hurt do to them an there room top room wasn’t fully ok really I’m sorry screw your 10 in free play I will take my business else where just very disgusting how you guys treat us this way after we come there many times just...

My husband and I were at your casino in wittenburg tonight Saturday August 13 about 9 or 10pm we were in the area we went up to the bar there were two ladies bartending my husband started playing the machine while we were waiting for someone to serve us we were sitting right in the middle of the bar so One bartender was on each side of us serving customers after a few minutes we notice the one serving to the right of us was now chatting with the customer I mean like telling the customer what shes been up to lately so we asked the lady to the left of us who was pouring drinks for the people next to us if she could help us when she was done helping them and she said she would be right with us then proceeded to help other customers just walking up to the bar at the same time the bartender to the right goes by the register and reapplies her lipstick by this time I now have pulled my card out and held it out now making it be known that we wanted drinks mind you why else would we be at the bar but she finishes her lipstick helps 2 new customers that just walked up and goes back to talking to the customer she has been chatting with this whole time I said is anyone going to help us no one did they just walked by us and continued helping new people coming up we were now getting really upd you rewe especially seeing as though we have now sat at the bar for a good 20 or 30 mins with no drinks and my husband is done playing on the game and getting more upset I have now put my card away because we no longer want to order drinks from these rude ladies that are clearly ignoring us for some reason so now we cashed out and my husband throws his $1.98 cashout slip on the bar and said here's a tip even though you don't deserve it for completely ignoring us...
