I know someone personally that gave up her whole summer in order to volunteer to be in a show with this company. There was a large man in the cast that yelled at her and backed her into a pole. This happened 2 times. He scared her so much and she has abuse trauma from her past. She has a seizure disorder from her trauma. The directors blamed her for the incident and she didn’t feel safe. She was forced to quit the show at the last minute. Instead of helping her or apologizing, she was bullied by the directors and shamed for needing to quit. Then the directors told the entire cast that she was a bad example and that what she did was wrong.
