Old Barn Community Theatre — Attraction in Tremonton

I know someone personally that gave up her whole summer in order to volunteer to be in a show with this company. There was a large man in the cast that yelled at her and backed her into a pole. This happened 2 times. He scared her so much and she has abuse trauma from her past. She has a seizure disorder from her trauma. The directors blamed her for the incident and she didn’t feel safe. She was forced to quit the show at the last minute. Instead of helping her or apologizing, she was bullied by the directors and shamed for needing to quit. Then the directors told the entire cast that she was a bad example and that what she did was wrong. I have loved old barn through the years! Each production is done so well and the board of directors really have invested so much time, money and effort into creating one of the best community theaters around! This is a great place for family nights, dates, or for anyone who just loves supporting the arts. The theater in the round makes you feel like you are a part of the show and the sound team do a great job with mics! Tickets are so affordable for the production value! A small community theater with an up-close and immersive style. The stage is in the center, with audience seating in all directions around it, with stage entrances to each corner of the room. Their unique and family friendly production style provides an experience you won't find elsewhere. I also found their concessions to be very reasonably priced, even including some home made cookies!
