Brock Mill Pond Park is operated by the Friends of Brock Mill and Jones County. It offers a peaceful setting for a short walk, with its historic mill and shaded paths providing a quiet escape into nature. Beautiful little old grist mill and pond in Trenton, NC that reminds one of a simple time. The grist mill was built in 1700 and was one of two original buildings in the area along with a small church near the enterance to the town cemetary. The pond and mill are a great place to just sit and relax or try your luck drowning worms all day. After the sun goes down the pond comes alive with the sounds of nature. Worth a quick stop and soak in the peace and...
