It is a nice walk, nice pond, nice dock. Read directions when driving down the drive to the parking lot. Look for the sign that was posted. Google & the natural conservatory have the entrance in the wrong spot on maps. But it is on Snow Rd.

Lucia S. Nash Preserve, a remote but well maintained trail with lots of history. The guides were knowledgeable about the edible shrooms and plants. The old house was purchased from a Sears Catalog for $12 and erected here.

A nice place if you're looking for peace and quiet amidst the beauty of nature but there's only one road in (single lane, barely marked), not a lot of parking and just two trails to walk in. One trail goes to a lovely little lake; the other meanders through the woods and while it's VERY well marked, it's barely wide enough for one walker so two walking together cannot walk...

This is a very special place. We loved it. I was particularly impressed with the historical markers and signage throughout. PLEASE NOTE: Google Maps has an incorrect Pin on Snow road for the entrance. It is a good 1/3 mile North on Snow road from the Pin...
