This public beach is literally a size joke. It is very very tiny, you can walk it end to end in less than 1 minute, then you will see lots of lots of long private beaches on both sides. Parking in the area is very difficult I didn't even try it, I biked from my camping site. It seems that visitors are not welcome. Unfortunately, home owners in the area let their greed dominate the way visitors enjoy (or not) the beaches. Not sure I can speak of progressive Massachusetts in this sense. Sorry, but I never agreed with the idea of privatizing natural areas.

Super nice little bay beach, quiet in early June, small parking area but not crowded. Sand was nice and clean, and there were shells to be found. Dont let the name scare you off, this is a nice beach for relaxing in the sun.

If I give it a good Review then every one will go there and take up the disabled parking spaces. Short little walk to the shore. Water is very shallow for a long way out. At low levels water is only ankle deep.

Super nice little bay beach, quiet in early June, small parking area but not crowded. Sand was nice and clean, and there were shells to be found. Dont let the name scare you off, this is a nice beach for relaxing in the sun.
