I want to tell you Jake at the 1910 West Prince storage was a big help and a lifesaver brother had some stuff in storage his friend had rented the storage unit promising that he would pay on it my brother's Grandpa's ashes we're in that storage unit that my brother's friend said he was paying on and didn't is that unit went up for auction without my brother knowing and he lost his pops ashes however Jake manager managed to get the ashes back for my brother just want to thank him for going above and beyond because this guy Shannon just lied and lied and lied said that the storage unit place never told him it was going for auction right to Jake pretty much called Jake a liar but Jake got the ashes back for my little brother and I just want to thank him and thank him very much. This place SUCKS they treat their customers like garbage. Nobody is ever there. I dont know what this lady beneath me is talking about this place is not taken care of what so ever there is weeds growing 4ft high the hedges are covering the front windows. All I know is the previous manager ALWAYS kept this property up as far as weeds and garbage and this property is HORRIBLE, they no longer have a dumpster for their customers and there is garbage everywhere on the property, dont take my word for it drive by and see for yourself. Now they are jacking the rent up on their customers to pay for their improvements which is mind boggling to increase thebrent by 50% on each unit. Jake is a nice and professional manager. I was paying no more than $75 for rent including insurance and tax, all the sudden the company said that I was going to have a rent increase to $176 plus all the fees on top of that. I called and their response was that the company was going to raise it to $209, but to help me out they gave me a $50 discount. I get that rent goes up, but that much? That’s robbery and plain disrespectful. A rep told me that he could submit a counter which we said $100, but when I called Jake said that the $50 discount was all they could do.
