Sycamore Park Community (Private Park) — Attraction in Tucson

Beautiful nice park! Grass is amazing! But there is a resident who has a problem with kids playing at the park, parentally supervised children. She is nasty and rude, threatening calling the police and stating she will shoot anyone who comes on her property. Not holding it against the park at all or the other wonderful residence in the community. Always a rotten apple in the basket. Unbelievable someone wants to stop children from doing something great for them at a place made for that. Apparently she would like to see them running amuck in the neighborhood instead vandalising her house. Wouldn't hurt my feelings to hear it happened. The people who live here are too scared to make a true review because then they will lose money on their investment This community association decided to hire property managers who harass their customers and over bill fines. If you don't know Brown Olcitt is their hired attorney to head hunt and rob the members in this community. Move here only if you want to be abused by the HOA and their headhunter attorney they know the crooks and fraud being conducted. It's a great neighborhood. My friend has lived there for three years and I enjoy the environment each time I go. It's always very peacful & seems very family oriented. It is very well kept and there is an awesome park/baseball field. You feel safe when you're there and it reminds you of your childhood..
