Cypress Park — Attraction in Tulare

We usually come to this park every thanksgiving when the leaves on the trees are changing and take some family pictures but we came in February to take some Valentine's pictures with our new baby and it's sort of the perfect park to find a place to sit and take some pictures, then let the kids play a bit before we go. Not as great as expected. 1/3 times the benches and such are dirty. The playground equipment is old and has paint flakes coming off. They have a good field but the park itself could use...
