What a fun day! We went for my son's 5th birthday. We had him, my 15 year old daughter, his grandmother, and myself. We all had a great time. You weren't nickled and dimed to death, and had the best day. I believe we were there for about 5 hours, never got bored. Make the drive!!! Choose this pumpkin patch!! Then as I was getting my goodies at the fall store I met one of the owners. She was so kind. The only down fall I saw was the food, but they weren't very busy. Read moreGranddaddy’s Farm is such a wonderful fun filled experience. There are dozens of activities geared to all ages from preschoolers to senior adults. I’ve visited with my grandchildren, my elementary students, and most recently, my senior adult group. Every trip has been a memory maker, from giant slides, swings, tricycle races (I never win 😕), pig races, hayrides, pumpkin cutting, a unique bouncy hill, delicious donuts and apple cider that tastes like a fresh picked apple…did I mention the delicious donuts? Read moreGrandaddy's Farm is a great place for Fall Fun. You can go into the market free of charge, but if you go beyond that, you have to pay admission. The mums and pumpkins are a very reasonable price. My favorite items are the apples. As with any other attraction, weekends are much more crowded than weekdays. They were still doing hay rides into the pumpkin patch when we visited, but the number of people on the hay ride seemed smaller to allow for distance between groups.
